As Greenwood’s choice since 1946, we have the privilege of being able to help thousands of people with their cemetery arrangements, while remembering and honoring their loved ones. We provide a broad scope of products and services through the ownership, development, and operation of cemeteries in South Carolina. Customers are able to plan and pre-purchase their burial plot, vault, mausoleum space, memorial and other details connected to a burial.
We are currently seeking seasonal weed eater operators to join our team! These individuals must have the ability to run or learn to run a weed eater and have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle to commute back and forth to work.
We offer:
· Part-time starting pay is $10 per hour with advancement opportunity.
· Experience preferably, will train the right candidate.
· This could lead to a full time position
Responsibilities:
· Operate a Weed Eater
Education:
· Reasonable ,mechanical aptitude.
Experience:
· Will train the right candidate
Certificate/License:
· Valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Ability to operate weed trimmer and leaf blower.
· Effectively communicate with staff members and supervisors.
· Ability to work in various adverse weather conditions.
· Understand safety issues and implication.

Physical Demands:
Tasks require a variety of physical activities, generally involving muscular strain, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, sitting, reaching, lifting, etc. Mental application utilizes problem solving skills, memory for details, verbal instructions.

Weed eater operators will be expected to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person with authority to give instructions or assignments.
