Job Summary
Southlawn Cemetery is seeking an experienced Family Service Manager to lead and grow our family service team in Aiken, SC.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Family Service team
- Recruit, train, and mentor Family Service Counselors
- Ensure exceptional service is provided to every family
- Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest ethical standards
- Monitor production goals and team performance
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and field training
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and state regulations
- Work closely with cemetery management to achieve business objectives
- Build lasting relationships within the community
- Lead by example through integrity, professionalism, and compassionate service
Qualifications
- Cemetery industry experience required
- Previous cemetery sales success with a proven track record
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Cemetery Sales: 3+ years (Required)
- Sales Management: Preferred
- Funeral or Cemetery Industry Leadership: Preferred
