Full-Time Leadership Position
Compensation & Performance Opportunity
Starting Base Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Based on 2,080 hours annually, starting base compensation is approximately $52,000 per year.
This is not simply a $25-per-hour management position.
Integrity Group's compensation philosophy is designed to reward strong leadership and cemetery performance. In addition to base compensation, the General Manager participates in a Leadership Performance Incentive that begins when Greenwood Memorial Gardens reaches 80% of its monthly Board Volume budget and increases as performance grows.
Based on the current incentive structure, illustrative total annual compensation is:
80% of Budget - Approximately $93,472
100% of Budget - Approximately $116,800
125% of Budget - Approximately $149,200
150% of Budget - Approximately $188,080
200% of Budget - Approximately $259,360
The General Manager may also have opportunities to earn additional performance bonuses and recognition awards beyond the Leadership Performance Incentive.
Incentive figures are illustrations based on current company planning assumptions. Actual compensation depends upon hours worked, actual Commissionable Volume, cemetery performance, and applicable company policies.

Greenwood Memorial Gardens is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to serve as our General Manager.
This is more than managing the day-to-day operations of a cemetery. It is an opportunity to lead people, serve families during some of life's most important moments, build meaningful relationships within the community, and help carry forward a legacy of service for generations to come.

The right candidate will lead by example, develop people, accept accountability, make sound decisions, and take personal pride in the appearance, reputation, service, growth, and performance of Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of Greenwood Memorial Gardens while operating within Integrity Group's established systems, standards, policies, and expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead, coach, develop, and support cemetery staff
* Ensure families receive compassionate, professional, and exceptional service
* Oversee daily cemetery administration and operations
* Lead and support sales performance and achievement of cemetery goals
* Maintain accountability for established budgets and performance expectations
* Support cemetery maintenance, grounds appearance, and overall presentation
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the Greenwood community
* Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
* Identify opportunities to strengthen cemetery performance and family service
* Protect and preserve Integrity Group's Standard of Care
* Create a culture of leadership, accountability, service, and stewardship

Experience
Cemetery management experience is required.
We are seeking an experienced cemetery leader who understands the unique responsibilities of cemetery operations, including serving families, developing staff, leading sales performance, overseeing cemetery property and grounds, managing financial performance, and preserving the cemetery's reputation within the community.
