Now Hiring: Family Service Sales Counselors

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and service-minded professionals with integrity and strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem solvers who can effectively listen and respond to the unique needs of each family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals through family services, including both pre-need and at-need planning

  • Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and care

  • Maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and prospecting

  • Issue and manage work orders related to burial site preparation and maintenance

  • Assist with front desk operations including grave location, burial scheduling, and recordkeeping

  • Support overall cemetery operations in collaboration with administrative and maintenance staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cemetery or family service sales

  • Strong understanding of customer service in a cemetery setting

  • Ability to develop and maintain trust with families

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Proficient with basic computer systems and software

  • Physical ability to perform job duties including walking, lifting, and standing
