Compensation: $90,000–$150,000 annually (A base salary + commission)
Experience Level: Management – Cemetery Industry Required
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Availability: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekends


Job Summary

Integrity Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced District Cemetery Manager to oversee our three cemetery locations in South Carolina. This role is for a natural born leader who believes that greatness is found in service, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and uphold our mission of compassion, integrity, and excellence in serving families first with empathy, understanding sales is an extension of proper service.

The District Cemetery Manager will be responsible for managing sales and operations across all three locations, maintaining high-performing teams, driving market growth, and ensuring each location consistently exceeds client family expectations.


Responsibilities

Leadership & People Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales quotas while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Aiding in Sales Counselor training as needed.
  • Maintain our current culture of respect, accountability, and compassion across all locations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
  • Support career growth by aligning team members’ aspirations with development opportunities.

Sales & Market Growth

  • Develop and implement district-wide sales strategies tailored to each location’s community demographics, traditions, and needs.
  • Increase market share by planning and participating in community events, networking with local leaders, and building lasting relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple cemeteries, ensuring services are delivered on time and exceed families expectations.
  • Must learn and implement all Integrity Group SOPs in administration, sales, and maintenance.
  • Oversees the maintenance of facilities, grounds, and offices to the highest professional standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Integrity Groups policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Approve contracts, discounts, and expenses in line with budgetary controls.

Financial & Business Management

  • Develop annual business plans and budgets for each location.
  • Work within an established budget and consistently meet or exceed companies minimum sales quota
  • Prepare reports to track performance, compliance, and strategic outcomes.

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of cemetery or funeral industry management experience required.
  • Proven success in sales management with experience training, coaching, and motivating teams.
  • Experience managing multiple locations is strongly preferred.

Licenses:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to make good judgments and be decisive.
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to lead with empathy, build trust, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
